Senator Taylor, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the              
Judiciary Committee referral be waived on SENATE BILL NO. 151                  
"An Act providing for oil and gas exploration incentive credits for            
certain activities on certain land in the state; and providing for an          
effective date."   Senator Duncan objected.                                    
                                                                               
Senator Taylor called the Senate on the balance of today's business.           
The call was satisfied.
